Coach Gormly grew up in the Houston area in the great state of Texas where he learned that the most exciting thing for him in this world is competition. To compete with others, yourself, and so much more aspects in life. He describes it as not just the stats, wins, and losses, but also competing with everything life throws your way. Gormly is a former collegiate athlete, having played football at Texas Lutheran University. During his playing career, he was a 3x Academic All-Conference Player, a Second Team All-Conference Offensive Tackle, and received multiple awards. He was the Offensive Lineman of the Year in 2023 as well as being selected to the NFF Hampshire Honor Society that same year. Coach Gormly is currently a Football Coach and Social Studies Teacher, diving into a field that fuels him with passion, joy, and dedication. Getting inspired by a drive to improve and make a mark on the industry, Gormly founded Core Performance Athletics to create a virtually remote digital business that can be accessed anywhere and everywhere--for everyone.
